    I. General Provisions

    1. Installed uniforms are intended for everyday wear by law enforcement officers of foreign states studying in educational institutions of higher education and organizations of additional professional education of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation free of charge, in accordance with these Rules.

    2. Uniforms, depending on the season, are subdivided into summer and winter uniforms.

    3. During their official hours, employees of law enforcement agencies of foreign states are obliged to wear the uniform set for them.

    4. The heads of educational institutions of higher education and organizations of additional professional education of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation shall establish a uniform, taking into account the nature and conditions of the tasks performed, as well as the transition to summer or winter uniform. The date of the transition to summer or winter uniforms, depending on climatic conditions, is established by the local regulatory act of the educational organization.

    IV. Features of wearing individual pieces of uniform

    12. A cap with earflaps or a fur hat made of sheepskin, summer caps are worn straight, without a slope. In this case, the visor of a summer cap should be at the level of the eyebrows, and the lower edge of a cap with earflaps or a fur hat made of sheepskin should be at a distance of 2 - 4 cm above the eyebrows. It is allowed to wear a hat with earflaps or a fur hat made of dark blue sheepskin with lowered headphones tied at the back or tied under the chin at an air temperature of -10 ° C and below.     13. Features of wearing a winter suit:

    20.     21.
