2. The heads of the military command and control bodies shall prepare proposals on amendments to the legal acts of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation in connection with the publication of this order.

IV. Wearing military clothing

31. Astrakhan hats with a visor, fur hats with a visor, fur caps with earflaps are worn with a golden cockade.

Warmed caps with earflaps are worn with a khaki cockade.

32. Fur hats with earflaps and warmed earflaps with earflaps lowered are worn at an air temperature of minus 10 ° C and below, and with headphones tied at the back, when servicing weapons and military equipment, at chores and at the direction of the commander of a military unit (divisions). With the earflaps raised, the fur ends of the braid are tied and tucked under the headphones, with the headphones lowered, they are tied under the chin.

33. On the crown of woolen caps:

34. On the crown of everyday protective caps (in the Air Force and Airborne Forces - blue, the Navy - black):

37. Woolen pilots are worn with a golden cockade, with red piping (in the Air Force, Airborne Forces and the Aerospace Defense Forces - blue, the Navy - white).

38. Cotton pilots are worn with a golden cockade.

39. Protective woolen berets (in the Air Force and Airborne Forces - blue, the Navy and armored service - black, military police - red) are worn with a golden cockade.

40. Caps with a visor, caps with earflaps, caps and panamas are worn straight, without inclination. Pilots, berets and peakless caps are worn with a slight slope to the right. Ornament branches are placed at a distance of 3 mm from the edge and departure of the collar, anchors - at a distance of 10 mm from the inner corner of the branches.

Woolen jackets (except for summer woolen jackets) warrant officers and warrant officers of the Navy, in full dress uniform, are worn with metal anchors 34 mm high, entwined with ropes, of golden color. Anchors are placed 10 mm from the corner of the collar.

56. Servicemen wear items of military uniform of the established pattern, serviceable, clean and ironed. Items of military clothing are worn buttoned up with a zipper, all buttons (except for the cases provided for in these Rules) or buttons.

The sleeve insignia of the State Flag of the Russian Federation is worn only when wearing a set of field uniforms as a daily military uniform.

70. The sleeve insignia for the training courses of cadets of military educational organizations in the form of golden-colored squares are worn on the outer side of the left sleeve of demi-season jackets, jackets for everyday suits, uniforms and flannel jackets.

79. On ceremonial military uniforms, orders on stocks and medals are placed on the left side of the chest horizontally in a row from the center of the chest to the edge, from top to bottom in the order listed. 80. Signs of special distinction are placed in the following order:

on a black woolen jacket - 10 mm to the left of the collar so that the lower edge of the medal block is at the level of the collar corner;

81. Signs of orders, orders and medals on the left side of the chest are placed:

82. Orders on the right side of the chest are placed from top to bottom, from center to edge, in the following order:

The centers of the orders in the rows must be located at the same level. When wearing orders in several rows - the second row and subsequent ones are placed below the largest order of the lower row by 10 mm.

83. Badges to honorary titles of the Russian Federation, honorary badges of laureates of awards are placed on the right side of the chest above the orders, and in the absence of orders - in their place.

84. Wearing ribbons of orders and medals together with the insignia of the corresponding orders and medals is not allowed. Ribbons for orders and medals are worn on the left side of the chest with everyday and ceremonial military uniforms out of order.

Ribbons of state awards, insignia of the Armed Forces and other heraldic signs (hereinafter referred to as ribbons) are placed horizontally on the slats in a row from top to bottom from the center of the chest to the edge. There should be no more than five ribbons on the strips in a row. Ribbons that do not fit in one row are transferred to the next row and are located symmetrically relative to the middle of the complete previous row.

To the left and below the ribbons of state awards and insignia of the Armed Forces, ribbons of other military heraldic signs are worn.

The height of the ribbons on the strips of the medals is 8 mm.

86. Insignia of the Armed Forces (except medals of the Ministry of Defense), other military heraldic insignia are placed in accordance with the provisions on them:

87. Insignia of the Armed Forces and other military heraldic insignia are located:

88. If servicemen have badges on graduation from two or more military educational institutions of higher education, only one badge of the military educational institution of higher education is worn.

89. The sign of the number of wounds made of galloon, 6 mm wide and 43 mm long, of golden color (in case of serious injury) and dark red (in case of minor injury), is placed on a strip made of military clothing. 2. Mixing of items of military uniform with other items of clothing, footwear and equipment, not provided for by this Procedure, is not allowed.

Woolen coats for senior commanding officers are worn with golden sewing in the form of laurel branches on the collar and with edging along the sides, collar and sleeve cuffs in red (for the police and internal service) and blue-gray (for justice). The commanding officers (except for the highest) and rank-and-file woolen coats are worn with metal emblems on the collar and with edging along the cuffs of the sleeves in red (for the police and internal service) and gray-blue (for justice).

On a woolen coat, a detachable collar is worn:

94. Demi-season raincoats are worn buttoned up. It is allowed to wear demi-season raincoats with an unbuttoned top button.

Demi-season raincoats are worn with or without removable insulation with a buckled belt.

It is allowed to wear a demi-season raincoat neatly folded with the front side out on the left hand.

95. A moisture-proof raincoat (wind and moisture-proof suit) is worn over clothing items in inclement weather, buttoned up with or without a hood.

A waterproof raincoat (wind and moisture protection suit) folded is worn in a packing case.

96. Demi-season woolen and leather jackets are worn buttoned up, with a fur collar, removable insulation or without them.

On leather jackets, a detachable collar of gray astrakhan fur is provided, on a demi-season woolen one - from a sheepskin of dark blue fur.

A demi-season raincoat, a demi-season woolen jacket and a leather jacket (for women) are worn with a buckled belt.

97. A jacket of winter and demi-season suits in inclement weather is worn with a hood on and with a buttoned collar.

It is allowed to wear a winter suit jacket with an unbuttoned top button, without a hood, without a removable insulation and collar.

Trousers of winter and demi-season suits are worn over boots with high ankle boots (boots), it is allowed to wear trousers tucked into boots with high boots or boots.

98. The jacket of a summer suit, providing for dressing into trousers, is worn with a dressing in trousers, with a zipper closed to the level of the upper edge of the chest pocket flap (a jacket that provides for wearing on release is worn zipped at the level of 10 - 12 see before the beginning of the neck of the product). In cold weather it is allowed to zip the jacket up to the top.

It is allowed in hot weather to wear a summer suit jacket with sleeves rolled up to the elbow level with a buttoned belt loop. Summer suit trousers are tucked into boots with high ankle boots.

99. A woolen jacket and a woolen jacket are worn buttoned up.

101. Woolen trousers with edging (for the highest commanding staff - with edging and stripes) in red (for the police and internal service) and gray-blue (for justice) colors.

Pants should have longitudinal pleats.

102. The length of the skirt along the bottom edge should be at knee level.

103. The scarf to the dress is worn in a triangle folded in the form of a scarf, the narrow ends are tied together and tucked in from the back to the inside under the collar. The wide side is tucked inward under the neckline of the dress.

It is allowed to wear a summer dress without a headscarf at a daytime air temperature of +20 ° C and above, and indoors - at any time of the year.

104. Shirts (blouses) are worn buttoned up. Long-sleeved shirts (blouses) are worn with a gold-colored tie. The collar of a shirt (blouse) should be at the back level with the upper edge of the collar of a tunic (jacket) or protrude no higher than 0.5 cm above it.

It is allowed to wear:

    This order is based on the norms and standards prescribed in the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 835.

    Police officers in all regions of the Russian Federation during their working hours are required to wear dark gray or blue uniforms in strict accordance with the assigned special titles.

    Each set of winter and summer, festive and everyday uniforms has distinctive features that delimit police units and departments - uniform elements, accessories and shoulder straps, sewn-on insignia, sleeve and lapel decals, unit chevrons.

    These decals must appear on the form in accordance with clearly defined regulations.

    What is it for

    Police uniforms perform several important functions:

    For inappropriate uniforms and violation of wearing requirements, the absence or inappropriate appearance of the required distinctive signs, as well as an unacceptable appearance during the performance of work duties, which indicates an inappropriate attitude towards uniforms, a disciplinary penalty may be applied to the employee.

    They were formed not with the aim of infringing upon the rights of workers, but in order to increase the prestige of the service among institutions and internal affairs bodies.

    General Provisions

    All police officers for whom the mandatory wearing of uniforms is specified in the decree and order of the public authority must appear at the workplace exclusively in uniform.

    The wearing of civilian casual clothing is allowed only for police officers holding specific positions, for example, psychologists, operational officers.

    Uniforms must be strictly sized, and it is the employee's responsibility to keep fit, clean, well-groomed and ironed.

    Police officers are not allowed to appear in uniform outside of their duty in various public places.

    What are the types of uniforms

    The requirements and standards for wearing uniforms for employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia are mandatory for all employees.

    Based on the situation, various forms have been developed:

    According to the seasons, summer and winter uniforms have been developed for employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, while the transition to one or another form of clothing is carried out by all police officers of all ranks at the same time, regardless of the region of residence and service.

    It is not allowed to combine items of clothing from different sets or for different seasons.

    For example, it is not allowed to wear a garrison cap with a jacket with a fur collar. Also not allowed to wear autumn jacket with a hat for the winter.

    Also, you can not combine uniforms from different categories, you must wear items of uniform in accordance with the samples for each department.

    Police officers in uniform are not allowed to appear in public places and establishments such as cafes and restaurants, to drink alcohol in full view of citizens.

    Strict disciplinary measures are applied to employees for wearing a uniform outside of their job duties.

    Police women are not allowed to combine uniforms with bright makeup, large jewelry and multicolored handbags.

    With regard to footwear, it is also issued and clearly regulated, but often women are allowed to wear other comfortable shoes that match the color and formal style of uniforms.

    Such shoes should be on a low, stable heel. The headgear must be worn with a slight slope to the right, while the visor must be at the level of the eyebrows.

    If a police officer puts on winter hat, cap or beret, then its level must be 2-4 cm above the level of the eyebrows.

    Outerwear - jacket, raincoat, coat, jacket, must be buttoned up with all buttons and fasteners. It is allowed not to fasten the top button of the shirt if a tunic or jacket is not worn on top.

    Trousers must be worn over boots, but in the case of high boots or ankle boots, trousers can be tucked in. The clasp must be fastened to the top of the chest pocket.

    In cold weather, depending on the region, it is allowed to close the zipper completely. Similar rules apply also to woolen jackets.

    In hot weather, the sleeves of the jacket can be rolled up to the level of the elbow. The length of a woman's skirt should reach mid-knee.

    Always wear a tie with a shirt, fastening it to the shirt using a special metal clip. You don't have to wear a tie during the summer season.

    Distinctive marks and chevrons are required to be sewn on parts of uniforms, approved by orders of the Government of the Russian Federation.

    I. General Provisions

    1. A military uniform is an integral attribute of military service, which determines the belonging of military personnel to the Armed Forces, increasing their organization and discipline in the performance of military service duties.

    2. Rules for wearing military uniforms and insignia of servicemen, departmental insignia and other heraldic insignia established in accordance with the established procedure (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) - the established procedure for the wearing by military personnel of items of military clothing, military shoes, military equipment, state awards, insignia military personnel, departmental insignia and other heraldic signs.

    3. Military uniforms are subdivided according to the categories of servicemen and types of clothing into ceremonial (for and out of commission), casual (for and out of commission) and field, and each of these clothing according to the season - into summer and winter.

    4. Servicemen wear the following types of military uniform:
    front door - when participating in parades and at official events with the participation of troops; on holidays of the military unit *; when receiving state awards; when presenting a military unit with the Battle Banner; when launching a ship into the water, entering service, when raising the Naval flag on the ship; upon appointment to the honor guard; while serving as sentries for the protection of the Battle Banner of a military unit. It is allowed to wear a dress uniform on weekends, outside of work hours;
    field - in the conduct of hostilities; during a state of emergency, liquidation of accidents, dangerous natural phenomena, catastrophes, natural and other disasters; on exercises, classes, combat duty (combat service);
    everyday - in all other cases.

    5. Periodically, but not less than once a quarter, including when switching to summer or winter uniforms, the commanders of military units conduct combat reviews. Based on the results of these reviews, measures are taken to eliminate the identified deficiencies.

    During a temporary stay of military personnel in another military district (fleet, flotilla) or garrison, the uniform for the season established in the given military district (fleet, flotilla), garrison should be observed.

    6. Servicemen wear a military uniform according to their type, branch of the Armed Forces and corresponding to their military rank.

    Servicemen of subunits (up to and including a company and equal to it) of the combat arms, special troops (services) that are part of a military unit wear military uniforms, sleeve insignia and badges installed for a given military unit, with lapel badges of the corresponding type of troops, special forces (services).

    7. Officers and warrant officers (warrant officers) transferred for military service to the central bodies of military administration, to the management of associations, to military departments (faculties of military training) at educational institutions of higher professional education of the Ministry of Defense and central advanced training courses for officers may wear military the uniform of servicemen of that type, branch of the Armed Forces, which they wore on the day of transfer.

    Servicemen transferred for military service to formations, military units and organizations of types, branches of the Armed Forces, wear military uniforms of the corresponding type, branch of the Armed Forces.

    Servicemen transferred for military service to the military administration bodies, formations, military units and organizations of the Navy, in which the military uniform of the Navy servicemen is installed, wear the uniform of the Navy servicemen.

    Servicemen with a variable composition of short-term courses (schools) and training camps wear the military uniform in which they arrived for these courses (schools), training camps.

    Students (cadets) of military educational institutions of vocational education of the Ministry of Defense (hereinafter - the military educational institution) in the military ranks of officers, warrant officers (warrant officers) wear military uniforms of servicemen of that type, branch of the Armed Forces, which they wore on the day of enrollment in a military educational institution ...

    8. In parks, garages, docks, workshops, laboratories, hospitals, warehouses, airfields, on the territory of military units, on ships, as directed by the commanders of military units, it is envisaged to wear special, work clothes, shoes, equipment and protective equipment.

    As work clothes and footwear, items of military clothing and military shoes are used, which have served the established terms of wear, but are suitable for further use.

    Sportswear and shoes are worn only in gyms and on sports grounds during sports activities and competitions.

    A special uniform for carrying the internal, garrison and guard service is declared the head of the garrison (senior naval commander).

    Insignia for military ranks of servicemen are worn only on established items of military uniform.

    9. The order of wearing shoulder straps (shoulder straps) and insignia of servicemen is defined in Appendix No. 1 to these Rules.

    10. The procedure for placing state awards, departmental insignia and other heraldic signs on military uniforms of servicemen's clothing is determined in Appendix No. 2 to these Rules.

    11. Options for wearing a military uniform are given in Appendix No. 3 to these Rules.

    II. The uniform of military personnel (except for the military personnel of the Navy)

    12. Dress uniform for officers and warrant officers (except for officers called up for military service in accordance with the decree of the President of the Russian Federation, female military personnel):

    IV. Features of wearing military uniforms

    30. Astrakhan hats are worn with a golden cockade, colonels - with a gray cap, senior officers - with a red cap (in the Air Force (Air Force), Airborne Forces and Space Forces - blue).

    Wearing fur hats with earflaps with lowered headphones is allowed at an air temperature of -10 ° C and below, and with headphones tied at the back, when servicing weapons and military equipment, at chores and at the direction of the commander of a military unit (subdivision).     Field caps (panamas) of camouflage colors are worn with a khaki badge, and in the cases established by these Rules, when field uniforms are used as everyday clothing, with a golden cockade.

    Woolen pilots are worn with a golden cockade, with red piping (in the Air Force, Airborne Forces and Space Forces - blue, the Navy - white).

    Cotton pilots are worn with a golden cockade.

    Berets made of astrakhan and woolen protective (in the Air Force and Airborne Forces - blue, the Navy - black) are worn with a golden cockade.

    Astrakhan hats and astrakhan hats with a visor, fur caps with earflaps, woolen caps, summer caps, field caps and Panama hats are worn straight, without inclination. Pilots, berets and peakless caps are worn with a slight slope to the right.     31. Woolen coats for senior officers (except for the Navy) are worn with red piping (in the Air Force, Airborne Forces and Space Forces - blue).

    32. Black woolen tunics are worn with a buttoned or unbuttoned top button (with sides in the form of lapels), navy blue woolen tunics - without a shirt or tie.

    Woolen jackets (except for summer woolen jackets) Navy officers (except for senior officers) with a dress uniform are worn with golden metal ornaments in the form of laurel branches and 34 mm high anchors, entwined with ropes, golden. Ornament branches are placed at a distance of 3 mm from the edge and departure of the collar, anchors - at a distance of 10 mm from the inner corner of the branches.

    46. ​​Servicemen are obliged to wear items of military uniform of the established samples, serviceable, clean and ironed.     47. When wearing military uniforms, military footwear must be of the established sample, in good condition and cleaned; boots (except for female military personnel) must be neatly laced.

    48. Servicemen are prohibited from:
    wearing items of military uniform that are not allowed to wear state awards, insignia of military personnel, departmental insignia and other heraldic insignia of altered or unidentified patterns;

    7.     17.     158. If servicemen have badges confirming graduation from two or more educational institutions of vocational education, they wear only one badge. If there is a sign of graduation from a higher military educational institution, a sign of graduation from a secondary military educational institution or a state educational institution of vocational education is not worn.

Signs of the number of wounds made of galloon of golden color (with a serious injury) and dark red (with a slight injury) are placed on the valve of the same color as a tunic, jacket, jacket, uniform, flannel.
