The pace and nature of development of any modern society directly depend on the civic position of each individual person, his life values ​​and moral standards. It is impossible to talk about the creation of an innovative economy without the formation of the sphere of inner life and moral consciousness of future citizens of Russia, because it is precisely those teenagers who are 13-15 years old today that in 10-20 years will constitute the most active core of Russian society. It is they who will make the most important decisions in politics, technology and economics, they will have to practically implement the strategy of innovative development of our country. So spiritually - moral development and the upbringing of students is a paramount task of the modern educational system and is an important component of the social order for education. Therefore, in the Federal state standards of general education of the second generation, the education process is understood not only as the assimilation of a system of knowledge, skills and abilities that constitute the instrumental basis of a student's competencies, but also as a process of personal development, acceptance of spiritual, moral, social, family and other values.

Difficult times of formation, which Russia experienced in the 90s, are still reflected in the deficit to this day. moral values, deliberately accepted by the majority of citizens and are the basis for the rapprochement of people. At some time, it becomes not fashionable to be cultural and highly moral, positive human qualities are replaced by arrogance and rudeness. It was at this time that Russia was losing a whole generation of educated citizens. The revival of spiritual traditions that began after this decline has not been able to rectify the situation until today. At the same time, such important and characteristic of Russian culture social values ​​as patriotism, civic responsibility for the fate of the country, a sense of duty and the obligation to serve their homeland are losing their significance for a significant part of the population. Loss of purpose and meaning in life, faith in the future, traditional views on conscience and personal dignity leads to a decrease in the level of public morality and ethical standards of human behavior in society, his relationship to other people and the surrounding nature.

Spirituality and moralityis laid in preschool age and a large role in this period is assigned to the family.It is in the family that the first experience is laid and the knowledge that previous generations possessed is accumulated. Looking at the behavior of his parents, the child builds relationships with others, he has a sense of care for loved ones, the ability to respect their position and interests. For most of today's parents, unfortunately, the formation of internal messages for highly moral behavior was laid precisely in an unstable time of changes, therefore, they bring up spirituality and morality in their children rather intuitively. In addition, the trouble of our society is that parents, busy making money, building a career, in solving everyday problems, forget about it or simply do not have time to do it, and some simply do not know how, do not know how to invest good and eternal.

These dangerous tendencies negatively affect society. Today, there is an increase in physical violence and crime, the development of corruption,various types of fraud, crime, unsatisfactory condition physical health citizens of Russia, as well as low life expectancy in comparison with European countries. Spiritual emptiness leads to the development of selfishness, infantilism, disrespectful attitude to work and their civic duty, to the older generation in the youth environment, the spread of alcoholism, drug addiction, tobacco smoking, foul language is observed, the number of divorces, dysfunctional families, and child homelessness is growing. Lost ethnic spiritual traditions, no connection with nature, lost mass interest in culture, art, sports.

Education is capable and ready to help society. If kindergartens are filled with attempts to improve the level of spiritual and moral education of children, and the school still spends more efforts on teaching the younger generation, then additional education has all the resources for the spiritual and moral education of not only children, but also their parents. It is additional education that can become a center for the development of spirituality and morality, help the family get involved in this difficult process of raising a real Russian, a bearer of ethnic culture and folk traditions.

The City Palace of Creativity unites the best educational and social practices, it is distinguished by a kind of social and educational space that unites children and adults in co-creation, all groups of students - gifted, with deviations in mental development with physical disabilities. Analysis of the prevailing in the institution educational system showed, along with the practical significance, a weak consistency, and as a consequence - difficult to diagnose the results, high energy consumption, and often the impossibility of realizing what was conceived, by the efforts of individual participants in the educational process. All this proves the need for a holistic approach to the educational system of the institution.

That is why the idea arose to organize the transition of the educational system of the Palace of Creativity to a new state, uniting the forces of all participants in the educational processwith the aim of spiritual and moral enrichment of each project participant in the context of its all-round development.

The project is aimed at creating a system of spiritual and moral education and development of each participant in the educational process, his moral feelings and ethnic consciousness; creation of a socially open space, when everyone shares the key meanings of spiritual and moral ideals and values ​​underlying the project, striving for their implementation in practical life.

The social orientation of the project will make it possible to embrace all residents of the microdistrict with spiritual and moral education and development, and civil and patriotic education - the city. Its implementation will allow each participant in the educational process to turn from a beneficiary into a benefactor, to become a kind of “spiritual enrichment” of his environment. This will not only expand the geography of the project, but also enhance its practical significance for the residents of the city.

Short description: In the course of the project, a group of volunteers from the Bright Faces Palace of Creativity appeared, who conduct training master classes on the basics of face painting for hearing-impaired children of boarding school No. 38 and pupils of the Polyarnaya Zvezda social rehabilitation center for minors. This allows volunteers to be in the roles of mentors, donors, and also makes them feel like they are in an “inaccessible” environment. Communication with deaf people expands the concepts of "communication", "understanding", the value of each word increases. Volunteers of the project on the holidays of the Palace give joy to themselves and those around them with bright drawings and pleasant communication.

Objective of the project: Uniting families in the mountaineering club "GoraGora"

Short description: The implementation of the project is to create a family mountaineering club "GoraGora" on the basis of the climbing wall of the Center for Tourism and Local History. Club activists become real sports volunteers. First, they organize sports and tourist events for themselves and their children, and then for the micro-community of the nearest yards. Joint trips unite not only families, but also people living nearby. A local community of outdoor enthusiasts is being organized. In addition, the involvement of the Alumni Club in the classes Orphanage No. 95 promotes family values and among those who did not have a family.

System spiritual and moral education of preschool children age is based on familiarizing him with the cultural heritage of his the people. Russian culture, as the culture of a great nation, has always been distinguished by high spirituality... Its historical roots go back centuries. The problem of spiritual development is one of the most important problems of humanity. It acquires particular relevance during critical periods in the development of society. Today, modern civilization is going through a series of crises that are expressed in environmental, demographic and moral changes. conflicts, etc. All this speaks of the spiritual deficiency of humanity. V last years they talk a lot about the crisis of morality and lack of spirituality. This crisis manifests itself, first of all, in the domination of material values ​​over spiritual ones, which leads to a distortion of children's ideas about such virtues as kindness, mercy, generosity, justice, citizenship and patriotism. In society, there is a general increase in social tension and aggression, and this is reflected in children and manifests itself in childish aggression and hostility. Distortions of moral consciousness, emotional, strong-willed, mental and spiritual immaturity can be traced today in preschool children.

The children's picture of the world is an expression of the system of diverse relationships of the child, the totality of his knowledge, ideas, meanings, revealed through relationships with peers, adults. In this picture of the world, moral ideas about good and evil are being formed, and it is alarming that recently there has been a tendency to blur the boundaries of children's ideas about good and evil, to shift these boundaries, especially among boys, in the negative direction. Therefore, we need purposeful work with preschoolers on spiritual and moral development and upbringing.

Traditionally, the priority is given to education and pedagogical methods of influencing the child. What can be the work of teachers in a kindergarten on the spiritual and moral development of a child? How to build interaction with the family in such a subtle direction of activity? The presence of these and a number of other questions indicates the relevance of the topic of the work.

Childhood is a unique period of human life... What is inherent in childhood determines the entire future life of a person. Childhood has its own problems, difficulties, stages of moral formation. From the very beginning, the child must teach to do things, to react correctly to difficulties; to be able to build their relationships with other people on the basis of the moral norms of our society. The development, education and upbringing of a child begins from the moment of birth. We can say that the entire period of preschool childhood is basic in determining the readiness of a little citizen for his future life.

Our task, i.e. the task of preschool educational institutions is to help parents realize that it is in the family that spiritual and moral values ​​and customs should be preserved and transmitted.

Formulation of the problem to be solved by the project.

The people who do not know the history and culture of their ancestors are doomed to spiritual degeneration, the system of succession of generations will be lost. That is why we note the urgent need to study, comprehend the foundations of culture, life of the native land, native village, the mechanisms of its transmission to future generations, as well as ininstilling in preschoolers respect for the culture of communication, tolerance, the ability to interact with the outside world.
