Decoration chick on a children's knitted hat. Knitted hats "Chicken" and "Duckling"

In continuation of the "animal" theme, a hat - a chicken contacted.

Material:

1. Yarn yellow color(I have NAKO bambino, 25% wool and 75% acrylic, 130 m in 50 g), a little white "weed" for tying, a little white yarn for the eyes and just a little bit of orange for the beak

3. A pair of plastic eyes.

Working process:

My hat turned out to be about 47 - 49 cm in size, approx. heads.

1. I made a sliding loop and knitted 12 CCHs into it, tightened the resulting ring by the free tip.

2. Then I knitted the bottom of the hat, adding 12 dc in each row, until the diameter of the circle reaches the desired size. You can calculate the diameter using the formula - OG: 3.14 (Pi number) - 1.5 - 2 cm for covering (these numbers depend on the stretching of the yarn and the selected pattern. The stronger it will stretch knitted fabric, the more you need to minus for tightening). So that the loops are added evenly, we mentally divide the circle into 12 sectors and add 1 CCH in each sector. So, in the 1st row we had 12 CCH, in the 2nd - 24 CCH, in the 3rd - 36 CCH, in 4 -m - 48 CCH, in the 5th - 60 CCH, in the 6th - 72 CCH. And in the 7th row I added only 6 loops, it turned out 78 CCH.

4. Calculate the place for tying the ears of the cap: 78 p: 2 = 39 - 4 = 35 p (this is for the forehead): 39 + 4 = 43 p (this is for the back of the head and ears): 43: 3 = 14 and 1 in the remainder.

14 - 2 sts (1 each for the ears) = 12 sts + 1 (which was left over) = 13 sts (this is for the back of the head); 14 + 1 = 15 p. (for each ear) Check: 35 + 13 + 15 +15 = 78 p.

5. We knit the ear: 1st row - 15 CCH, 2nd p - 13 CCH, 3rd p - 11 CCH, i.e. we knit in 2 and 3 rows at the beginning of the row and at the end of 2 dc together, and in the 4th row we need to cut 4 dc, for this we knit the row like this: 1 dc, 2 dc together, 1 dc, 3 dc together, 1 dc, 2 CCH together, 1 CCH (resulting in 7 CCH). We count the required number of loops and knit the second ear.

6. We tie the entire hat in a circle with "grass" yarn

7. We knit 2 white ovals for the eyes and 2 orange triangles for the beak, but one of them should be slightly larger than the other.

8. Sew white ovals to that place. where the eyes will be, and the orange triangles where the beak is, but we sew the small one completely down, and which is larger, we sew it on top and not completely, but only in the upper part. It seemed to me that this adds realism to the image, imitating an open beak, since he himself, without any particular effort, opened up amusingly. Embroider eyelashes with black thread.

9. We glue plastic eyes on white ovals and make ties.

For inspiration, I propose to tie more booties to the cap. They knit like any other shoes. The description can be viewed among previously published works, and arranged in accordance with the created image.

The Promised Master Class of Chicken Souvenirs for Easter

I recently hatched a family like this. A very detailed master class with a photo below.

Cockerel and hen MK can be viewed here: http://www.liveinternet.ru/users/4021981/post155888946

http://www.liveinternet.ru/users/4021981/post155964261

I tried to knit them, but I didn’t like them at all, so I dismissed them and decided to do everything in my own way (photo above),

And now I will tell and show how I knit.

I dial 5 air. p., - I close the conn. st .. In the ring I knit 8 st. without acc. + air. lifting

We also knit the second part of the head, but do not cut the threads.

In the center of the two halves I sew on a black bead.

Now I'm starting to connect the 2 parts of the head.

We connect Art. without nak. for the extreme half loops.

For a pot-bellied chicken (shown in the photo), we knit 13 tbsp. , I like small ones more (they knit faster), so I knit 14 tbsp.

It turned out such a head

I'm moving on to the body. 3 air. lifting item (on the side seams I try to place the columns as close as possible so that there are no “holes”. I knit an item with a hook + air item, etc.

I got 14+ lifting loops for the columns.

Now it's time for the scallop and beak.

With red thin threads, I mark the beginning of the scallop. I knit arches. 3 air. p., Art. without nak., 4 air. p, st. without nak., 3 air. P..

I unfold the knitting and in the 1st arch I knit half-st., Art. without acc., Art. with nak., semist.

in the 2nd half-hour, Art. without nak., 2 tbsp. with nak., Art. without nak., half a

in the 3rd as in the 1st.

Now I cut the thread from the larger comb and embroider a voluminous beak with it.

It turns out such a head

I cut off the red thread, and proceed to knit the torso with convex st. with nak.

3 lifting loops, into the arch from the air. p. of the previous row I knit one convex. Art. + air. n. and so on until the end of the row.

We connect the conn. Art. to the top! first convex. Art. (the rest of the rows are also exactly at the top)

2 row - 3 air. p., 1 convex. Art. knit next! arch (there will be a hole at first, but then it will move), then I knit alternating convex. Art. and air. n. in a checkerboard pattern

3rd row also

4 row convex. Art. already without air. loops, then our chicken will be beautifully rounded.

And here he is, only the tail is missing

I fold the chicken in half, knit an arch of 4 air. n. In the arch 3 tbsp. with nak., Art. without nak., half-stuff .. I thread the thread inside, tie it and cut it off.

The bottom remains.

I also knit as part of the head, in a ring of air. p. knit 7 tbsp. without nak .. The next row is 14 tbsp. with nak., I cut off the thread and sew it with a needle with the same threads, after filling the chicken with padding polyester. You can also crochet, but the needle is more convenient for me.

So I hatched such a chicken, as a gift to someone else ..............

So master class my mother knitted such a chicken with ease, although she never held a hook in her hands.

Very easy to knit and fast.

Good luck and patience in your work!!!

Convex art. with nak.

Dear friends! today we will create a tiny miracle with you - a little sun ... we will tie a Chicken))) This is an excellent souvenir for Easter and is not difficult and not long))) I bring to your attention detailed master class crochet chicken using a container from Kinder Surprise.

For work we need:

  • the remnants of white and yellow shades a thread, quite a gramule)))
  • kinder surprise container
  • hook
  • little eyes
  • small piece of plasticine
  • and a drop of synthetic winterizer or other filler for the crown)))

Step one:

We take the container from the kinder, open it and stick a piece of plasticine on the bottom, smearing it well, this is necessary to give our chicken stability ... Step two:

We tie the container by type, as we do, remember?

We knit a chain of 2 ch. and in the second loop from the hook we make 6 tbsp. b/n. close in a ring.

AT second row - two columns in each loop -12 columns.

Third row - an increase of 6 columns \u003d 18 columns, i.e. two in every second.

4 row - in every third loop, two columns (+6) = 24 columns.

Fifth row and subsequent without increase

9 row - change color and knit 6 rows in yellow (try on),
then we change the color again and knit 1 row without decreases, now we need to put the container into the knitted part as we start decreasing
first, we knit every third and fourth column with one vertex (one row), the next row without decreases, then every second and third column together together (one row), the next one again without decreases, then - then every second together ... and the last - without reduction (total 6 rows)
we fill the top of the head with a padding polyester, the hole is small there, so it will be convenient to push the padding polyester into the hole using either a hook handle or a pencil (not a sharpened edge)
now we just sew the top. It turned out a knitted egg)))
Step three:

We make an egg - we make a chicken

first we will make an imitation of a broken shell ... we take a white thread and attach it to the end of the first white part connecting post, then we knit a chain of 5 air loops and again attach them to the body, but through one column, with a single crochet (it's just more convenient)))
And so around the whole egg: we attach 5 ch through one column ...
It turns out here is such a "skirt" ...
Similarly, we make a "skirt" for the upper part of the shell ...
We hide the threads and proceed to further design)))

Let's make a beak...

You can simply embroider it, but I outlined the approximate middle of the “face” and tied 3 tbsp directly to the body. b / n with a brown thread, turned the knitting, knitted another row and closed the loops, if you want a triangular beak, then knit all the columns with a single top in this row (three together)
Now the wings ... according to the same principle ... we attach the yellow thread to the place where the wing will be, knit 3 ch, attach them to the next column (vertically), 2 ch. for lifting, tie 7 st.s / n into the loop to the educated air loops and tie the edge, moreover, capturing and punishing the last column ...
ALL!!! It remains to attach eyes, embroider, sew or glue)))
P.S. I must say that I wrote this Master class on knitting a chicken much longer than knitting the chicken itself)))

Introducing a new designer hat for a newborn. In a bright and unusual hat, the baby will be comfortable. It is not difficult to knit a hat, even very busy mothers will be able to create a new thing for a baby in a few hours, since the product is crocheted in a large size. Sarah Zimmerman, the author of the crochet hat pattern for newborns, offered two design options. You can knit a duck hat or a chicken hat.

The author decided that even older children or even adults would like to have a cute model, so the scheme includes six sizes. If you take fluffy yarn for work, then the knitted hat will turn out to be more voluminous. In the process, pay attention to the author's comments, they will help you not to make mistakes and greatly simplify the process of crocheting a hat for a newborn. We will be grateful if you share with us the results of your creativity in the comments to the post.

Crochet baby hats
Patterns for different head sizes

Scheme crochet caps translated into Russian by Handcraft Studio.
Materials:

  • shaggy or bulk yarn. The author used a volumetric acrylic yarn bright yellow;
  • Hook size I/9 (5.5 mm). In fact, the author used a K / 10.5 (6.57 mm) hook, because the other was not at hand at the moment of inspiration when she wanted to crochet a hat. But she recommends using exactly I / 9 (5.5 mm) for tighter knitting and more accurate measurements;
  • Worsted yarn in white and orange;
  • Hook size G / 6 (4.5 mm) for eyes and beak;
  • 2 small black buttons;
  • Thick needle.

Designations:
VP - air loop
PSBN - single crochet, connecting column
RLS - single crochet
PSN - half-column with a crochet
CH - double crochet
C2H - double crochet

Note: At the beginning of knitting, try to leave a long thread of yarn that comes from the magic ring. We will need it at the end of the work to create small "feathers" in the form of eyelets at the top of the hat.

Eyes (make two):
Use hook G/6 (4.5 mm) and white worsted yarn.
Tie a magic ring: 6 sc in ring, tighten tight and connect to first sc, 1 ch lift
2nd circular row: *2 sc in each loop* - repeat to the end of the row, connect, 1 lift ch (12 sc)
3 circular row: * 2 sc in the first loop, 1 sc in the second * - repeat to the end of the row, connect, 1 lifting ch (18 sc)
I added 2 more sc in last loop third row to give the eye a more oval shape. I didn't notice much difference, I just tried it as an option.
Secure the end, leaving a long tail to sew on to the hat.

Beak:
Use hook G/6 (4.5 mm) and orange worsted yarn.
4 VP, skip the first loop, RLS in the second loop from the hook, PSN in the third, CH in the fourth. It turned out a triangle. Continue tying it around the perimeter with RLS, and to highlight the corners, knit in corner loops RLS + 1 VP + RLS. Secure the end, leaving a long tail.

Wings (make two):
Use the crochet hook and yarn used to knit the hat itself.
8 VP, skip 2 loops, PSN in the third loop, according to CH in the next 2 loops, С2Н in the next, then skip the loop, in the last loop of PSBN. Next, tie the wing around the perimeter with RLS, except for the last two loops - here you need to finish row 2 of PSBN. Secure the end, leaving a long tail. Sew the wings on the sides of the hat.

Now, the long end of the yarn left from the beginning of knitting, coming from the magic ring, thread it into the needle. Sew three stitches across the top of the hat. Do the same as you normally would when you remove the end of the yarn, but instead of pulling it tight, leave a loose loop. After you have made the loops, securely fix the end of the thread and hide the tail. The result is small "feathers" on the chicken's head.

Sew embellishments onto the hat. The eyes should touch each other, and the upper corners of the beak should be sewn over the edges of the eyes.

We attach the wings only in the upper part, from below they should puff up a little.

Chick-chick-chick!

Addition
A chicken hat can easily turn into a duck hat by tying the beak a little differently! Just below there is a pattern for knitting a duck's beak. Of course, you can always make larger decorations using a crochet hook. bigger size or thicker yarn.

Knitting pattern for duck beak:
Use orange yarn.
11 VP, skip the first loop, then we decrease - 1 sc in the next 2 loops, then 1 sc in the next 2 loops, 2 sc in the next 2 loops, 1 sc in the next 2 loops, decrease - 1 sc in the last 2 hinges, 1 ch lifting, turn over
2 Row: 1 sc in first 2 sts, dc in next st, dc, 2 dc in next 2 sts, dc, dc, sc, sc + ch 1 + sc in last st. Continue tying the sides and bottom of the beak around the perimeter with RLS. Connect to the first RLS. Secure the end, leaving a long tail to sew on to the hat.
With black yarn, embroider black nostrils on the beak.

Small part of the beak:
Use orange yarn.
5 VP, skip the first loop, RLS in the second loop, decrease - 1 PSN in the next two loops, RLS in the last loop.
Fasten the end, leaving a long tail to sew on to the cap (under most of the beak).

Suddenly sold :)))). So I knitted another one instead. Almost everything is the same as the first time, only there was not enough yellow yarn for the ears (hooray! I finally finished with this yarn) and I made them in peach color, like a harness.

Antoshik in a chicken:

In continuation of the "animal" theme, a hat - a chicken contacted.

Material:

1. Yellow yarn (I use NAKO bambino, 25% wool and 75% acrylic, 130 m in 50 g), a little white "grass" for tying, a little white yarn for the eyes and just a little bit orange for the beak
