First of all, we define size under the bust. When taking this measurement, you need to make sure that the centimeter fits snugly to the body. With such a measurement system, the girth under the bust is averaged, that is, if the volume is:

1.from 67 to 72 cm - write 70 cm;

2.from 73 to 77 cm - write 75 cm;

3.from 78 to 82 cm - write 80 cm;

4.from 83 to 87 cm - write down 85 cm;

5.from 88 to 92 cm - write 90 cm;

6.from 93 to 97 cm - write down 95 cm;

7.from 98 to 102 cm - write down 100 cm;

8. with the maximum breast size, we also write down the average according to this principle.

Next, the chest girth is measured at the most protruding points. Sometimes, before measuring your breast size, it is recommended to wear the most comfortable bra, without foam rubber and bulky pads. After measurements, it remains to find the difference between the girth under the bust and the girth of the chest.

How to find out the size of the bust according to European standards?

When buying linen made in European countries, it should be borne in mind that the method determining breast size will be different. In Italy and France, for example, the same measurements are used as in the previous method, but the volume under the breast is not averaged. After measurements, we also find the difference, which must be divided by 6. The resulting figure will be the size of the chest. There are also tables that show different designations of sizes adopted in different countries.

For example, how can a man know what breast size a woman has in order to choose the right underwear without the presence of a lady? The situation when, in lingerie stores, men try to depict the shapes and sizes of their lovers' bust with gestures, despite its comic nature. Sometimes, in such situations, the size of the breast in the pictures can contribute, but you should not rely on the accuracy of such a definition. The safest thing, of course, is to just ask your lady what size she is. But if this can prevent you from making a surprise or is impossible for other reasons, then you can choose the most suitable size in another way. For example, look at the designations on the underwear she is wearing, or find out the size of your lady's outerwear. With such data, it will be easier for the seller to navigate and choose the right underwear.

There are many ways to find out the size of your breasts, so you should not rely on the eye and luck in such a delicate matter. With a little effort, it is better to get the most accurate data, because even a few extra or missing centimeters can spoil the surprise and cause disappointment.
