  • gold braid,
  • rhinestone paths 3 m.,
  • assorted beads,
  • golden crepe and velvet tone,
  • Ferrero Rocher candies approx. 400 gr.

We draw 4 circles on the penoplex.

We draw 4 circles on the penoplex. Something like this

We cut out 2 circles and with the help of 2-sided tape we connect together - this is our basis

We decorate it with velvet-tone crepe on both sides.
We need one more detail - an arch. It is easy enough to cut it - by
the circle of the same plate that you use for the main parts.Cut out the arch and tape it with golden corrugation. Like this

Cut the remaining two circles like this

We wrap one side with a gold corrugation. I used 2-sided tape to keep it even

Inflate the foam on the reverse side. It is advisable to apply the foam on two halves at once, so as not to cut off later.

You can level the height of this cap right away. I must say right away that the foam is inflated onto the Penoplex. And the ends of the golden corrugation just need to be glued. When our
the hat is dry, we begin to decorate it. We take velvet and with the help
we beat our hat with needles.

After you have made waves from velvet, we proceed to decorate the rim with beads and rhinestones. And only after that we glue candies and beads
to the velvet hat.

On the gold crepe along the rim, I additionally attached a gold translucent tape to 2-sided tape, then attached a track from
rhinestone. Moreover, in the first version, I almost suffocated from the "Moment", but
the second one realized that the rhinestone track is easier to fix with the same
stationery needles. Then she attached the beads on a string to the hot
glue. Girls, IMPORTANT! I didn't use a pistol for a second. Especially
this is important for working on velvet! This glue snot is VERY hard to remove from
velvet, so I worked with tweezers and melted the glue over
candle.

We trim the base with velvet. And decorate it

We put everything in its place, fix it and glue it tightly with Moment Crystal glue. We decorate the arch
