Of course I disagree. Now everything is decided by money. Even connections no longer mean anything in modern life. Now the influence of the designer on the final result is minimal. You can be completely mediocre, but hire a cool team, if you have good money, take a group of designers, a creative director,

marketer and make a brand known all over the world. Brand awareness is directly proportional to the investment in its advertising. And all the designers we know became famous after people appeared next to them who either gave money themselves or found those who would give it. Or you can be brilliant, produce clothes that you like, but ... without serious investments, you cannot jump beyond two or three shops or one showroom. How many of them are there in the world - talented and unknown, without a penny of investments - darkness.

What do you need to do to become a successful designer?

Be born three decades earlier. And, if it's no joke, it depends on what you mean by that. If successful at the level of Tom Ford, then you need to look for a very rich sponsor or investor. And if at my level - so modestly, you will have to plow like dad Carlo and do something completely new in the fashion world.

You are a master of provocation. When did you realize that in order to be spoken about, a scandal is necessary?

A scandal is when you nail your eggs to the pavement on Red Square with nails. Or you cut yourself to blood, and then sew up the wounds with needles in front of everyone. Or else - there is one lady who ... I don't even know if you are allowed to publish such things on your site ... And she shows it to the whole world, and is known for that. So, I am against such a scandal. I do not understand him. There have never been any scandals in connection with my name. It's just that for seven or eight years now I have been doing unique seasonal shows that no one is able to do except me. I would call it rather common sense and holding seasonal shows at a completely different level, with a message not just buying clothes, but thinking about the future of our world, no matter how pathetic it sounds.

Your unique impressions always have deep meaning. Where do you get ideas and strength from?

I can honestly say that I have an active life position. I do not like those who hide in the shell of their family and their circle. It's incredibly boring for me to live like this! I care about everything! Yes, I understand that I annoy many with my way of getting into all the holes. Speak out on any occasion ... often - with sarcasm bordering on rudeness. Understand. But ... as it was said there ... "Banevur's heart is bubbling in my chest" - if anyone remembers this hero. Well, I can’t be silent when injustice is happening in front of my eyes. Even in the garden, I always stood up for my older sister's friends - I beat the boys if they offended someone. I can’t be silent. And I don't care if someone doesn't like it.

How do you manage everything? Manage two brands, open new stores, create collections, travel?

I have a great team that I have been working with for many years. Of course, there are always two or three positions in which, by the will of fate, employees change like gloves. I call them firing positions. But this is more the exception than the rule. The rest of the team has been working with me for many years. There are employees who have been with me from the very beginning - since 1988! Although I am far from sugar. And in general - a rather disgusting woman. But ... I do everything from the heart and sincerely, without meanness and lies. I never cheat. And I suffer a lot when I offend people.

Are you a strict leader? Tell us a little about your team, united with you in spirit!

I have a very strong team that works in production - having my own factory and not having a strong team is like ... a fool with a grenade. I'm fine with that. I have the most powerful designers in the world - I can argue with anyone - my templates are the most accurate, with a tolerance of half a millimeter. No dress in the world fits the figure like mine. It is important that the team believes in you and follows you in any weather and in "snow and wind ..."

What is the crisis for you? What methods are most effective for business development during this difficult period? Give advice!

You cannot reduce the promotion. Just imagine, when the crowd in the market and everyone is yelling about their product - will you be heard with your thin voice? Of course not! And now there is silence. And few people shout about themselves. Right now, you need to shout out loud - that is, to promote your brand, yourself. Which I am doing with great success. In the absence of millions of advertising budgets.

Who of the famous designers are you friends with?

And when should I be friends, and even with designers, with such a troublesome economy? More often, young designers come to me, ask for an internship, come for business advice, write in a personal message on social networks. And I am not at all sorry for the accumulated experience. I share everything. I tell everyone how you can start a business with a zero budget. You can start, but ... replicating to the network is impossible without serious investment.

As a child, did you dream of being famous and rich?

When I was asked as a child who I want to be, from the age of three I answered: "I want to be rich and famous." All of my mom's friends were having fun. Vorkuta. Miners' settlement. What kind of wealth? What a celebrity. I don’t know - where did I get this nonsense ... Probably from Indian films. Wealth is a different concept for everyone, but fame is always relative.

What advice would you give to the readers of Days.Ru?

Dream! Spit on all crises, wars, family troubles and understand - life is so short. And life is not a pastoral picture. Life is a melodrama. Often turning into a horror film, sometimes into a detective story, and sometimes into a fascinating action game, sometimes ... into a boring and stupid story about how Ivan Ivanovich had a falling out with Ivan Nikiforovich. What is more interesting for you to watch? If you spend your life quarreling, boredom, sighing and lamenting, you will have nothing to remember before you die. Believe me, even the wrong choice of a holiday kit and the way you look for this holiday can shake your reputation, and others will make the wrong impression of you. In the end, you will only cause discontent on the part of your spouse or boyfriend. Why do you need this ?!

Most often, for a home New Year's party, girls prefer various knitted dresses with lurex in dark colors. Such material is composed of lycra, fits and, of course, is not suitable for everyone. Plus, such models are often accompanied by absolutely "unnecessary" maxi-cutouts: below the chest line and on the side of the thigh. Of course, this option takes place, but only if you are looking for "easy" entertainment, and not when you want to make a stylish impression on your friends and please your loved one.

Yes, and excessive shine only distracts attention from the natural female beauty. Therefore, if you do not want to look like club dancers, it is better to refrain from overly shiny outfits.

It should also be noted that lurex is rarely appropriate in knitted fabrics. It is inconvenient because fabric manufacturers often save money and use plastic lurex, which pricks at the seams and makes “staying” in clothes simply uncomfortable.

And, of course, there is always a danger of "overdoing it" with lurex, because in stores you can rarely find truly decent and laconic fabrics in which this shiny thread is woven with high quality. My advice - if you doubt your ability to correctly select and combine shiny things, then do not choose tops, blouses and tunics with lurex. Discard them in favor of aristocratic matte or delicate satin materials.

They jump into the water straight from the podium. One by one they plunge down, leaving only splashes on the surface. Their silk outfits dance amazingly under the water, continuing their every movement of the body.

The culmination of this show is the presentation of the wedding dress under the Ave Maria in an original way. A refined bride voluntarily walking into the abyss of water - there is something very dramatic in this. Her long dress stretches up, and then lies on the body in beautiful folds. Smoothness, grace, drama - "conqueror of the elements" Yana Nedzvetskaya knows how to turn an ordinary fashion show into a real experience.

Interestingly, all models trained in the pool for a year to swim with open eyes and open mouths! Indeed, throughout the show, the girls keep their "mirrors of their souls" wide open. For underwater filming, special clothing and professional equipment were used. The collection of dresses had to be altered several times: it was necessary to shorten the trains, as they interfered with swimming.

Interestingly, Yana Nedzvedskaya, designer, founder and creative director of the Lo and JN brands, never took design seriously. From the third grade of school, she sewed clothes for herself, but only as a hobby. In those years, the girl did not spare anything and cut everything into material: from curtains to her mother's dresses. In her youth, she preferred a sewing machine to the screenwriting department of VGIK, and then to the Literary Institute. Threads with needles were a great help in the harsh perestroika times: in between writing scripts, Yana sewed fashionable things and sold them to friends. As a result, it turned out that she earns several times more by sewing than by inventing stories and texts. "You have to earn what you do best.", - she decided and plunged headlong into the world of patterns and stitches.

To make Russian streets more stylish and women more elegant was the main goal of Nedzvetskaya.
